Withdrawal assets

I have repeatedly tried for the past week to get support to withdrawal my assets from this exchange. I keep getting a recurring error code. Request failed with status code 400 “transaction”:”tx_too_late” Support will not address the error code with me, they just keep saying to withdraw assets click the pay button. Has anyone had this problem? Is this platform a SCAM?

  After reading about crypto transactions going wrong and people losing assets, I am going to stay away from StellarPort until I am confident they have identified and fixed whatever vulnerability that's being exploited. For all of the security measures and authentication you would think this platform is more secure than others. Apparently not.

  I withdraw XML -  always successful

  Support on the stock wants to be better ...

  but I don't think they are scams, they have been working for a long time
