I am facing same issue, unable to transfer asset from stellarport to any other wallet, getting same error "trx_bad_auth". Even support is not responding. Do comment here if anyone has solution for this.

I'm having the same problem. I want to withdrawal my XLM to another wallet, but there's no option of how to withdrawal XLM. I have sent an e-mail to the Stellarport support, but they never replied.

Yes, I imported my address to lobstr and then lobstr will offer a migration, thats it.
All locked account will open, you will get new key and you can add new lobstr vault

Well I tried everything, I'm stuck unless I can disable the 2fa. Because I can't merge with trustlines open, and you can't close trustlines unless the balance is 0.

I did figure out how to remove 2fa on my account without stellarport assistance. I'm not going to lie, I spent 4 days trying to figuring it out. If anyone needs help they can send me an email. But do not try and merge accounts with trustlines open. You will lose your funds.

I just did it like 3 days ago. If you have your 24 word seed phrase you can unlock the 2fa. Go to
    https://github.com/iancoleman/bip39
    USE THE OFFLINE VERSION
And punch in your 24 word phrase. It will generate a list of public and private addresses. That are all yours, the first one in the list will be the address of your stellarport acct. Click the second one (the second one will be the signer address in your account with the Signer Weight of 2.) COPY the first and second private keys you will need them for the next step.  Now go to play store and download solar wallet and import your first wallet with the first private key. This will be your main acct. Then go to Add account and add the second private key as your signer key account. And remember to send xlm to that acct to activate it. Now you will be able to sign your own transactions all in one place. Trust me it sounds a lot harder than it is. I hope this helps.

The signer in your stellarport account with the weight of 2 is You. After you enter your 24 word phrase scroll down to deviation path/BIP PATH And set the the bip path for your signer to 44/148/1. This will give you access to the private key attached to that signer

I wouldn't even know we're to start making a video. But I could send you step by step screenshots. Through email. Also there are easier ways if you don't have any trust lines open You could import or merge your address into lobstr wallet app. But if you have trustlines open, DO NOT IMPORT OR MERGE. You will loose your funds.

The problem here is that I can't find the 24 word seed, there's only the private key.

Hi Ryan Vaillancourt, i dont find any "solaire wallet" vor xlm. Do you mean "Solar Wallet" ?
When i import my secret words in solar wallet, where i can input the private key of the signer?
Edit: I find it out :-) Very easy with this second Wallet for signing. I have to transfer 2XLM first to this wallet, then i can sign.
Thank you! Now my funds from stellarport are safe in my ledger.
I never use stellarport again ....

I am glad you figured it out. I did write a medium article with screen shots of each step you need to take. If any one needs help they can refer to medium article. (STELLARPORT 2FA REMOVAL).

After writing multiple emails to stellarport support team, they provided steps to remove the 2FA. This process took around a month.
