    Same problem. Zero response. Have sent multiple emails trying to complete KYC. They simply don't answer.

    Same here. More than 20 days. I continue to send emails with only the autoresponder replying that they will look into the problem/issue and get back.

    I did get some reply about a question but, the reply was not answering my question. Not even the same topic.

    thanks for the response....I'm going to try with XLM now. I just converted my XRP to XLM and will request a withdrawal.

    KrupS - Okay I've requested a XLM withdrawal about 2 hours ago... let's hope it processes. When you withdrew your XLM you also did so by sending an email to support, right?

    That doesn't actually withdraw off Stellar. It sends it to another address on Stellar network/blockchain. Stellarterm allows withdraw of XLM off chain. Stellarport, we still need them to respond to KYC and set configuration to allow direct withdrawals. I've been emailing them without follow through since July 2021.
