Im angry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I exchanged crypta for BTC. I go to the withdrawal wallet, enter the secret key, insert the copied BTC address and then i need to pass KYS!!!! uploaded photo, uploaded photo passport (all with the phone) repeat operation withdrawal of and get message "has rejected your information, you cannot proceed with the withdraw. For help, please contact stellarport.io support".....
I entered my secret key!!! why cant i withdraw MY MONEY!!!!! ????
