Could not get the public key. Have you entered your pin into your Ledger?

Fails to when trying to login with Ledger HW key,  error: "Could not get the public key. Have you entered your pin into your Ledger?"

The ledger device is unlocked, connected to the PC(windows 10), and Stellar APP open.

Ledger Nano X - updated to the latest firmware 2.0.0

Stellar App - Updated and re-installed.

Other apps wallets like Cosmos work without issues.
