I received my airdrop, but it's blocked!

Hi guys, I hope you are all well. I need help or guidance to solve this error, I participated in an airdrop on NVOY, I won 100 tokens that were sent to my wallet, but I can't do anything with my tokens because they are like blocked, when I try to withdraw or make an exchange, it always appears a message saying the token has not been verified but it has been added to Trustline. I don't understand why I can't use the tokens if they are in my wallet. Has anyone been through a similar situation? Can anyone help me find a solution so I can make use of my tokens?
