After writing multiple emails to stellarport support team, they provided steps to remove the 2FA. This process took around a month.

I am facing same issue, unable to transfer asset from stellarport to any other wallet, getting same error "trx_bad_auth". Even support is not responding. Do comment here if anyone has solution for ...
