Connecting with ledger nano s wallet - not working??

    Hi,

    What do you mean that you signed in with your email and password? There is no such choice.

    Can you please be more specific regarding what is going on? Please outline the steps you are taking and what happens.

    Helo,

    There seems to be a difference between 1.Stellarport  - Community (to which I signed in with my email address and 

    2.Stellarport Exchange.

     

    I am trying to login to stellarport exchange using my ledger nano wallet - 'New wallet generate keypair'. I have connected my ledger nano s by usb to my macbook pro , ensured the stellar app is on and the browser support enabled. After more than 10 minutes the timer circle is still going..

    Please ensure you are using a supported browser. The ledger software only supports the Google chrome and Opera browsers.

    Hello, having tried exactly the same on chrome the timer is still going after 30 minutes.
