Pending Deposit of 39 ETH

Help me please !!  I have deposited 39 ETH today  the status has been showed 'pending' for a very long time I saw deposit more than 20 ETH require manual confirmation. Would like to know how long would it takes the confirmation process to be completed? 

Or Any other suggestions apart from waiting for the manual confirmation.
